The music of a wedding evening, step by step.
A good night is built like a story. Here is how I think about the music from the arrival to the last song.
Arrival and drinks
Guests arrive, greet each other and look around. Soft, warm music that does not demand attention sets the mood without getting in the way of conversation.
Dinner and speeches
Keep the sound low enough for talking. The microphone has to be ready and tested for the speeches, so nobody fights with a cable while the room waits.
The first dance
It marks the shift from dinner to dancing. Decide with your DJ who goes on the floor next: parents, friends, everyone at once.
Opening the dance floor
The first dancing songs matter more than any other. A track that most people know, but not the most obvious one, brings people up without pushing them.
Building the night
Energy should rise step by step, with no silence between songs. A good DJ reads the room and decides in the moment, rather than following a fixed list.
The last song
End on purpose. A final track that everyone is waiting for, or one that brings the evening softly down, is what guests talk about the next day.

What time should the dancing start?
It depends on dinner and speeches. We plan it together during our video call, from what you tell me about the evening.
Do you announce the next event?
No. I am not a host, so there are no games and no announcements all night. The microphone is always ready for speeches.
Can the music change with the mood?
Yes. I read the room and adapt, which is why I prepare a free demo set made for your night but do not play from a fixed list.
How long do you play?
It depends on the evening you plan. The length of the night is part of the quote.
Tell me about your night.
I reply within 48 hours. Then I record a demo set made only for your night, free, before you decide anything.
