How much does a wedding DJ cost in Poland?.
Polish price guides published for 2026 quote anything from about 1,500 PLN to well over 8,000 PLN. Here is what explains the gap.
What the price depends on
The date (Saturdays in summer cost more), the place and the distance, the length of the night, the quality of the sound and lighting, the experience of the DJ, and whether a host is included. Two offers that look similar on paper can be very different evenings.
The range on the Polish market
Price guides on Polish wedding sites for 2026 describe roughly three levels: a beginner DJ at the low end, a mid-level DJ in the middle, and a premium DJ or a DJ with a host from about 4,500 PLN upwards, sometimes above 8,000. A live band is usually priced higher still. Treat these as orientation only: every offer should be read in detail.
What I charge
A wedding with me usually costs between 4,500 and 5,500 PLN, depending on the date, the place and the length of the night. Private celebrations are usually a little less, because they often need fewer hours of music. I bring the sound system and the lighting for up to about 100 guests, in a discreet setup that does not turn your place into a stage.
What to check besides the price
Can you hear the DJ before booking? Is the sound good, because poor sound is a common complaint? What happens if the DJ falls ill? Is there a contract, and what does it say about cancellation? A low price with no answer to these questions is not cheaper in the end.

You pay nothing until you have heard your free demo set. When we approve the music together, a deposit confirms your date and I send a contract.

Does the price include sound and lighting?
I bring sound and lighting for up to about 100 guests. The exact content of the offer is written down in the quote and the contract, so you know what is covered before you decide.
Do I pay before hearing the music?
No. You pay nothing until you have listened to your free demo set, made for your night after our video call.
What if we have to cancel or move the date?
If you cancel more than three months before the date, I keep the deposit and nothing more is due. Later, part of the fee is due, and in the last month the full fee. You can also move the date once, free of charge, if I am available. Details are in the contract.
What if the DJ gets ill?
I commit to finding a replacement I trust. Your night will not be left without music.
