What an alternative wedding really is
It is a wedding where the music, the place and the mood come from your taste, not from a ready-made script. Instead of a hit list and a host announcing the next game, the evening simply flows: from the ceremony, through dinner, to dancing late into the night.
What I play instead of the usual playlist
I am a musician before I am a DJ. The evening starts with organic electronic, ambient and cinematic sounds; on the dance floor it moves from jazzy house at sunset to disco, nu-disco, house and melodic house at night. Played with care, this music can bring different generations onto the same floor.
No host, no games, no constant microphone
I do not host. There are no games and no announcements all night long. If the evening needs a few words, I say them, and the microphone is always there for anyone who wants to give a speech. If a tradition matters to you, tell me early and we will talk about how it fits.
And the older guests, the family?
It is the most common worry, and it is part of our first conversation: who will be there, which generations, which cultures. I build the night so that nobody feels it was made for someone else. Songs that matter to you, or that you cannot stand, are taken into account.
How to know if we are a match
Before you sign anything we have a video call, and then I record a free DJ set made for your night. You listen to it at home and decide with that music in your ears. You pay nothing until you have heard it.
Do you play requests from guests?
Requests tell me something about the room, and I listen. But I decide what serves the night. If a song matters to you, tell me before the wedding and I will take it into account.
Can a wedding work without a host?
Yes, when the evening is planned. I do not run games, but I take care of the rhythm of the night: no dead moment between tracks and the energy raised step by step. The microphone is always available for speeches.
Is electronic music too modern for older guests?
It depends on how it is played. In our first conversation we talk about your guests and their generations, and I build the night around them. The free demo set lets you judge it before you decide.
Can you play outdoors, without mains power?
Yes. My sound system runs on battery, so a ceremony in a meadow or a party in a forest is possible without a generator.
How much does it cost?
A wedding usually costs 4,500 to 5,500 PLN, depending on the date, the place and the length of the night.
